Erica Marmolejo applies expert knowledge, industry experience, and relentless energy to assist attorneys in fighting for their clients. A graduate of The Center for Advanced Legal Studies, she holds a certificate and associate degree in Applied Science in Paralegal Studies.

Nearly five years ago, Erica began her career with LeMond Law as an attorney’s personal assistant. Within a year, she became the legal assistant, followed by promotion to Paralegal Manager, where she hopes to remain indefinitely. When Erica is off the clock, she can be found spending time with her three daughters and husband, watching her Cowboys, Mahomes and Mavs play. You may even catch her serving it up at a local volleyball court.

Holli LeMond
Holli was born and raised in west Texas. Holli earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Texas Tech University. With previous experience in pharmaceuticals, Holli joined the firm in 2019. Holli is responsible for Human Resources, Finances, and assisting our clients with payment plans.
Kiri
Kiri is a newer member of the LeMond family and a data person to whom everything is ones and zeroes. She has utilized her background in information systems and technology to assist with casework auditing, coordination of client updates and contact, the occasional tech support, research, and document drafting and automation ensuring that with a growing team, the LeMond Law standard of excellence is consistently met.

Kiri delights in any opportunity to problem solve, has never learned a process she could not improve, and looks forward to her continued growth as a paralegal. On a personal level, she is a homebody who prefers to spend her free time relaxing with her pups, her husband, and their two teenagers.
